CranioSacral Therapy – Provide light, manual (hands on) therapy that releases tensions and promotes healthy function of the body and the central nervous system. Enhance well-being. Training received from Bastyr University and the Upledger Institute.

Visceral Manipulation – Provide light, manual (hands on) therapy to release tensions and promote healthy function of the organs of the body. Utilize external and internal techniques. Training received from the Upledger and Barral Institutes.

Warm Water Therapy – Schedule offsite body work sessions in a 96 degree pool. Hydrotherapy that releases tensions and promotes relaxation. Training received from certified Watsu practitioners.
